YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS 

Pascal conducts programs as a youth speaker focused through PI SPEAKS on empowering young people to take on leadership roles. These programs aim to build self-esteem and confidence through resilience in the students. The programs can be in small or large group sessions, depending on the need. These programs provide youth mental health advocacy services through social-emotional learning in education.

Pascal’s passion for sports and education is the key that opened many doors in his life, and he has a purposeful mission as an ambassador for education and sports in schools. This has created a platform for him to inspire and motivate student-athletes with his message of resilience to unlock the student’s WHY in education with a combination of sports and education. • PI SPEAKS delivers mentorship sessions in schools, in sports teams, in churches, and in the communities. PI SPEAKS organizes speaking events aimed at delivering life coaching lessons.

• PI SPEAKS searches for talents in sports, dance, music, drama, leadership and education. PI SPEAKS conducts sports tournaments, auditions for music, dance and drama and film productions that bring the reality of the invisible talents to the world. 

• PI SPEAKS organizes travel tours that are aimed at enhancing the experiences of impacting people in public leadership services. The travel destinations and designations depend on the team's focus for the location study.
