Pascal Ishingwa’s Background aka PI SPEAKS
Pascal was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, raised in Uganda, and is now an American Citizen. He is an educator, speaker, and coach.
Meet Pascal: An education speaker with a master’s degree in education, a mentor, and a coach who speaks five languages and shares over five cultures. Pascal’s commitment and passion for public service come from his life story of hope, faith, and resilience, which shaped his deep comprehension of life's purpose.
Pascal has transitioned with resilience and overturned many statuses to mention a few: From living in UNHCR refugee camps to an American citizen educator, from a student labeled “at risk” in education to a master's degree graduate, and from starting over three times in life to transitioning to the American dream. Pascal's vision and purpose in life are to inspire, educate, and motivate people with his motto: “Your current status is not your destination.”
Pascal’s inspiration, dedication, and passion for public service in leadership come from his parents, who were public servant leaders and educators; his father was a school director, and his mother was a school teacher. Pascal earned all of his education as a student-athlete on sports scholarships. Pascal is the product and example of groups of passionate educators and public leaders from around the world.
