 Pascal has transitioned with resilience and overturned many statuses that he shares in his story, to mention a few: From living in UNHCR refugee camps to an American citizen living in America, From a student labeled “at risk” in education to a masters degree graduate, From feeding on one meal a day to feeding as many times as he wants and From starting over three times in life to transitioning to the American dream. Pascal had a dream, vision, and faith, combined with talent, that drove his mission and purpose in life to inspire and motivate people with his motto: “Your current status is not your destination. Transition and resilience have a purpose.”

Pascal’s dedication and passion for public service and educational leadership were inherited from his parents, who were leaders and educators; his father was a school director, and his mother was a school teacher. He felt like his parents’ visions and missions were not accomplished due to the statuses and conflicting loyalties they faced, which were part of the adversities he experienced and transitioned from.

That’s not all - Pascal earned all of his education as a student-athlete on sports scholarships. With the unique experiences and expertise he brings to the world of education and sports, Pascal is the product of groups of passionate educators, purposeful team leaders, and resilient individuals who understands the results of a combination education and sports. These qualities and expertise make him the best motivational and inspirational speaker in the country. 

Pascal has spoken to audiences at every level and background in all the countries he has lived in. His decision to pursue a career in motivational and inspirational speaking developed from adversities combined with life transitions he experienced.
